Upon earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology, he joined a renowned construction firm in New York City, where he gained valuable insights into the business aspects of the industry. Brianne completed her PhD in 2022, and after many years in academic research switched gears and leveraged her expertise in research and management to launch their own business.
